ONLINE – Agreement Form

- Payment due before delivery of Vehicle to Customer at the amount of 100% of the Vehicle Price

- The payment due before delivery are to be made by Customer to Dealer in cash, by certified check, e-transfer, wire transfer, or through another instrument acceptable to Dealer.

Under this agreement, Customer agrees to:

- Down−payment: $ 500 USD / CAD or 10% of the Vehicle Price whichever is higher (Due to Dealer on or
before execution of this agreement.)

- Pay Vehicle transport charges from the place of purchase to the place of destination

- Pay Auction buyer fees

- Dealer Fee $750.00 USD if in USA / *$500 CAD ( *for CANADIAN AUCTIONS ) to Dealer by cheque or
money order, e-transfer. (fee of $350 CAD applies for vehicles won in Canada at a price below of $5000 CAD)

- TAX – 13% HST from (AUCTION PRICE + AUCTION FEE + DEALER FEE)

- Delivery of Auction-Vehicle.

- Dealer (shall / shall not ) deliver the Acquired Vehicle to Customers premises/destination

- Dealers duty to ensure that the Vehicle is delivered in the same condition as when last inspected by the Customer (or, if no Customer inspection, the execution date of this agreement).

- Dealer shall convey title to Customer upon delivery of the vehicle/all payments clear.

- All necessary modifications and vehicle registration due to Imported vehicle from USA to Canada shall be made within 45days from the day of import and shall be Customer responsibility.

- All necessary repairs shall be Customer responsibility

Each party acknowledges that he or she has had an adequate opportunity to read and study this Agreement, to consider it, to consult with attorneys if he or she has so desired.

The Parties, by entering into this agreement, submit to jurisdiction in _Toronto_, _Ontario_ for adjudication of any disputes and/or claims between the parties under this agreement. Furthermore, the parties hereby agree that the courts of_Toronto_, _Ontario_ shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes between the parties relative to this agreement, whether said disputes sounds in contract, tort, or other areas of the law.

This Agreement shall be interpreted under, and governed by, the laws of the province of Ontario IN WITNESS WHEREOF and acknowledging acceptance and agreement of the foregoing, Dealer and Customer affix their signatures hereto.
